About:Chinese Consulates in Japan

I am an Indonesian studying in Japan, possessing Japan Residence Card.

I will go to Beijing, China for more or less 8 days for tourism purpose in the end of December.
How can I apply?
Can I apply from Fukuoka?

You should first prepare the relevant materials including your passport and its copy, a filled-out application form, a bareheaded color photo, hotel reservation and flight itinerary and your Japan residence card.
You cannot apply from Fukuoka. You should apply from the CVASC in Tokyo.
