I'm traveling to Singapore from Melbourne,then Hong Kong, Macau then Shanghai

I'm travelling from Melbourne to Singapore, then Hong Kong, Macau anf finally Shanghai for 5 days returning to Melbourne via Vietnam airlines that transits Vietnam can I get a 144 hours pass

Brenda, if you travel like that, you can get the 144 hour free transit in Shanghai.
