can i go from cruise ship in tianjin to airport in beijing without a vist?

Our cruise from Singapore ends in China and we will fly out directly after cruise.  Do we need to obtain a tourist visa to transit to the airport?

Robert, if your total layover time in Tianjin and Beijing is less than 24 hours, and you will fly out to a third country or region rather than Singapore, you will be able to enjoy the 24 hour direct transit in China, and then you don’t need to apply for a tourist L type for the transit. You just need to apply for a temporary stay permit at Tianjin port and then you can go to Beijing airport.
