Can you cater for a Gluten Allergy on your tours?

Hi I have a gluten allergy and was wondering if the restaurants you take us to can cater for this? I have to avoid any foods containing wheat, barley, Oats & Rye. I know a lot of Chinese food contains soy sauce which contains gluten. Please can you advise me if you would be able to accommodate me? Thank you
