transiting Guangzhou

Hi, i am from manila, philippines and travelling to canada via Guangzhou, i have seen in the ticket 18 hour to stay in Guangzhou, what or where to go to get a transit visa.

Joe, as your layover time in Guangzhou is not more than 24 hours, you are eligible for the free transit policy and the transit permit is not required.
