About:Policy for Foreigners with Immediate Family Living in China

china work permit visa , i am from pakistan working in hong kong

presently I am working in hong kong on work permit since last 6 months, if i want to move in china with the same company can i apply my application from hong kong or I have to apply from pakistan .

And how may I apply my family type they are in pakistan, can we apply together.
Pls advise

You can apply for it in HK, but if you want to apply together with your family, you may need to apply for it in Pakistan.
