About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

If a Malaysian travel from Kota Kinanalu to Guangzhou, from Guangzhou to Hanoi:

May know is it possible to obtain VOA when touched down at midnight time?

BB, you cannot get VOA, but if you stay in Guangzhou for less than 24 hours, you can enjoy the 24 hour direct transit there. No entry permit will be needed then.
