About:China Student Visa

residency permit x1

I have x1 visa and i have entered in china know i am changing my university and my permit of residency within 30 days is expiring and the university process would take more than a week. And my residency permit is expiring before it. My new university is saying that they can extend my residency permit. Can they..? should i stay in china or shouldn't i ..?

Zayn, don't worry. If you have alreaday submitted the renewal application of residence permit, it's fine, you don't have to leave and you won't overstay.

No i havent and my only 4 days are left and university will call me for the residency after 4 days
