I have been asking them for a raise and they told me that I have maxed out.Can you please advise me as to should I stay in this company or go somewhere else.Is there any travel for me in 2017 as I wish to travel to Mumbai .

Sakina, if you find there is seldom a development space, you may consider finding a new job. It is also recommended to do so according to the prediction.
Travel is a good way to get relaxed. You can definitely take a journey in 2017.
