What's the best transport option to get from Pudong Airport to Nong Qingxi Road in Chang Ning Qu?

I need to get from PVG to Nong Qingxi Road in Changning District. What is the most direct option, and what is the cheapest?

Well, I only find Qingxi Road in Changning District. Do you refer it? If yes, you can take subway line 2 from the airport and get off at Beixinjing Station, Exit 2. The whole way takes around 80 mins. And the ticket fare is CNY 8 per person. After arriving, walk south around one mile to find the destination.
