Hello,Please note that I am planning a trip from 8th to 15th Dec'16( 7days ) from India --> HK --> Macau --> HK -->Shenzen -->HK. Kindly advice me on the visa requirements for this trip and related contact details. Thank you.

Sandeep, throughout your trip, you only need an entry permit for Shenzhen. You should apply for it at the CVASC in your country. But I don't know which CVASC office should you go, because there are three responsible for different regions respectively. One in Mumbai, one in New Delhi, and one in Kolkata.
