About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Norwegian Cruise from Hong Kong

We (family of 5) are American, permanent residents of Canada flying from Calgary to PEK to connect an immediate flight to Hong Kong. Will be in Hong Kong for 1 day to take a Norweigan Cruise for 15 days which ends up in Singapore. We will be in singapore for only 2 days then fly to Beijing for only a few hours to connect with our direct flight back to Calgary. Would I be entitled to 72 hour free transit?
