I am Cambodian, Can a child aged 13 years old travel with his Aunty to HK without his parent?

My family (my husband, two kids and myself) is planning to visit HK-Macao this upcoming November, however, my nephew aged 13 years old also wishes to join us without his parent accompany. Can he come along with my family? What supporting documents needed?

Amara, if his parents can provide consent letter, I think he can travel to HK with your family.
