About:China Tourist Visa

My friend and I are planning on traveling to China from South Korea in December

and will be applying for the visa this weekend. We'll spend a few days in Shanghai, a few days in Beijing, and then travel on to Myanmar for the next part of our trip. We will spend a total of seven days in China. We are American citizens, but does it matter if our flights do not originate/return to the US? I was reading on a few other forums and got conflicting info.

Thank you

Don't worry, it's ok you don't depart from the US or return to the US. You can travel from South Korea to China and then to Myanmar. Have a nice trip!
