About:Chinese Embassy in South Korea

I am an American citizen traveling to Korea for business and want to visit China.

Can I apply for a China tourist visa from Korea without having a ARC? I also would need to expedite the VISA because I will only be in Korea for 5 days

Marina, you can try to apply for it from Korea with ARC card, but I cannot assure if it can succeed.
