Japanese Visa Applicatipn Information

Hi,

I am Ms. EI EI HTUN holding a Myanmar Passport and have valid Residence Permit made in Shenzhen.
I would like to know what kind of documents for visa application.
As I saw Q&A from your page, it includes 1. passport,2. the application form,3. a passport-sized color photo,4. transportation arrangement,5. financial support proof,6. travel itinerary, and 7. hotel reservation, as well as 8. residence permit in PRC.
I would like to know what does it means
(2) application is "VISA APPLICATION FORM TO ENTER JAPAN" only ???
(4) transportation arrangement and (6) travel itinerary ??? ( As per Application form, I have to fill Hotel and flight information) is that two??
(5) financial support proof and where can I get for that? Is it ok if I show my pay slip of my company or others?
And, I will travel by myself and I don't have any sponsorship and Inviter.
Please give me any requirements information!!!

3. Letter of Guarantee

5. Overview of Company/Organization
6. Schedule of stay

I don't know which one will have to fill up only No.1 APPLICATION FORM TO ENTER JAPAN???
