Can we apply in person for a china entry permit then can they be posted back by registed mail to save two trips. From traralgon to melb.victoria

Adriana, in fact, you can send your application to the CVASC office in Melbourne and have it posted back by the office if you use postal application service. This saves the trouble of going to Mel in person, but the service is more expensive than regular application, 131.5 AUD for a single-entry permit.
