About:Hong Kong Airport to Shenzhen Ferry

Can I take the ferry from Shekou to Hong kong airport if I don't have flight ticket?

No, you cannot. This is a close channel only serving passengers who would leave HK by air without going into HKG immigration. So you should hold a booked ticket/boarding pass or proof.
