About:China Visa Exemption

I am a US green card holder.I am travelling to Nepal through China transit do I need a visa or not

if i am staying in China airport for 15 hrs.

Oh, you don't need a transit visa when transiting in CN for the 15 hours. If you wanna leave the airport, just apply for a stay permit at the inspection counter for a short visit.
