Canadian wanting to spend one day in Shenzhen

Hi,

I hold a Canadian passport and am traveling to Hong Kong. While in Hong Kong, I want to visit Shenzhen for a day trip. Can I obtain a VOA at Luohu station? If yes, is it easy to get? Thanks!
