About:Chinese Crew, Resident and Journalist Visa

Can D visa be issued to me if I applied for it from my country Nigeria before going to PRC?

I lived in China before but right now wish to have the residence permit to ease the problem of going to the embassy and applying for business M type all the time since I still do travel to PRC for my business. How possible will that be and what is required of me to achieve this aim?

Jimmy, have you got permanent residence in China? If not yet, you can't apply for the D type. If you go to PRC to do business, you can apply for a multiple-entry M type.
