About:Transfer in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

Is 60 mins enough to transfer from intl flight from NY to a connecting flight to Thailan at PEK?

We are coming from NY to a connecting flight to Thailand, same airline (Air China). Do we have to pick up our luggage first?
Will we have enough time?

Yes, the time is enough for you. Your luggage can be delivered to the final destination. You needn't claim it at PEK.
