Statutory declaration letter

Current i had statutory declaration letter from Ministry foreign affair in english version , should this letter translate to Chinese in Malaysia high court and get endorsement from Ministry foreign affair before i submit to China embassy for stamping

I think you are right, but you can confirm this with the embassy directly to avoid any unneccesary procedure.
