duly authorized invitation for tourist visa

Hello, as an individual tourist L type, I need the duly authorized invitation. But in this case, there is no one inviting me, so how can I get that paper?

Funy, you can find a travel agency and ask the agency to get a duly authorized invitation letter for you.
