Walk north for about 0.6 mile to Xikang Road Metro Station, and take metro line 3 to Main Railway Station. Then there are several bullet trains that can take you to Dalian and Beidaihe. To Dalian, it takes around 5 hours. To Beidaihe, the duration is 1 to 1.5 hours. :)1

To Dalian, the second class seat costs CNY344.5 or 346.5; the first class seat costs CNY 532 or 536.
To Beidaihe, the second class seat costs CNY110 or 112.5; the first class seat costs CNY 185.5 or 189.5. :)0
