It is suggested to go to Qinhuangdao firstly. You can take shuttle bus at Gate 1 of T3 Departure Hall and Gate 15 on the F1 of T2. It costs CNY140 with 4 hours and departs from 10:00, 13:00, 15:00, 18:00, 20:00. Then take bus No.34 from Qinhuangdao Railway Station to Beidaihe District Government Station, and walk north of 300m to your destination. It costs CNY2 with 1.5 hours.0
