About:Bao'en Temple Pagoda

do we need to have a health record for getting Z visa

because for student's type we should complete the process for getting health records.

When you applying for the work Z type, the health record may not be required, but after you get the Z type and enter PRC to apply for the residence permit, the physical examination report is needed.
