About:China Visa Entries / Validity / Duration of Stay

Italian Passport holder. Student Visa expires 10/19/2016

can extend in Turistic L type in Hong Kong for 3 months or get business M type?

No, you cannot extend the tourist L type in HK, but you can try to apply for a new tourist L type or business M type in HK.
