About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Shanghai city limits

I am eligible for the 144 hr visa because i will be going from Singapore to Shanghai then to the US. Is the hello kitty theme park considered to still be in Shanghai? How would i know if the places I want to visit are within the Shanghai area?

Irene, when you enjoy the free transit in Shanghai, you are allowed to travel to Shanghai, Zhejiang and Jiangsu. You can visit hello kitty theme park. You will be refused to leave if the area you want to go is not within Shanghai, Zhejiang or Jiangsu area.
