About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Prague - Paris - Shanghai - Amsterodam - Prague

Am I eligible for the 144 hour free transit if my itinerary is followed Prague - Paris - Shanghai - Amsterodam - Prague however I won't stay in Paris and Amsterodam neither?

You are eligible for the 144 hour free transit as long as the flight has stopovers in Paris and Amsterdam.
