Are wheelchairs available at the station for handicapped travellers?

Hello, can you tell me if wheelchairs are available at the Beijing West Rail Station for passengers who have difficulty walking?

I read online there is a waiting room offer special care and help, but not sure if it is easy to find. You can ask the station staff for help, they should be able to find you a wheelchair.
