Reduction for handicapped people?

Hi, I am 90% handicapped to walk. In Europe I do get in most of the countries reduction on tickets for transportation, museums, shows...and as I need someone to accompany me I have the permit with noted "accompanied", then the person is free.
Do some of those reductions exit in China or in some of the cities? Is there a reduction on trains? Metros?
It would be really kind to get the most information about travelling as handicapped in China! Thanks a lot!

It is a pity that there is no such reductions for rail and metro service in China. Although the railway stations and most metro stations has wheelchair access elevators, it is not easy to use them. Some of them cannot be used or you need to find a local staff there to make it work. There could be some challenge faced and you need to prepare extra time for communication due to the language issue.
