hello can i be refund of my trains tickets?

i bought 2 trians tickets for Zhangjiajie for the 28th of october . I won't be able to go. It is possible to be refund ? Thanks

It can be refunded before departure. If you booked online and did not collect the paper ticket, you can contact your booking agent to cancel it for you. If you have the paper ticket in hand already, you need go for the station in person to return it.
