how and where do we collect our tickets

Hi! I'm going to China i november as a tourist and I wonder if me and My friend choose to travel with you, how and where do we collect our tickets if we choose that option after we booked the tickets?

You need to do it at the counter in the railway station. After your seats confirmed, there will be a pick up number. You need to show the pick up number and all the passengers passports for the collection in the station.
