How to apply for Japanese visa from China..

I'm a citizen of India, studying in China and wants to visit japan

Hari, you should first prepare those materials including your passport, a photo, a filled-out application form, proof of your financial standing, transportation arrangement, and travel itinerary as well as hotel booking.
And then submit your application to the embassy of Japan through a designated travel agency.

Javis,I'm studying in China that means I can't go back to India to apply for Japanese entry permit..My question is Will I be eligible to apply a Japanese entry permit from China (Hebei province)itself.

You can apply for it from PRC and you should apply from the embassy of Japan in Beijing.
