About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit FAQ

getting a tourist visa in nepal

so does this mean to leave the airport in Guangzhou I have to have a nepalese visa in my hand? I was planning on getting it at the airport in Kathmandu, in fact, I thought that I HAD to get it after arriving there...

Jess, if you are sure you can get the VOA in the airport in Kathmandu, it's possible for you to enjoy the 72-hour free transit in Guangzhou. But if possible, you had better get a VOA notice in advance to convince the immigration officer. Just in case.
