Hi,I have a China colleague in SIngapore and his passport is expiring soon. Can he renew his passport in SIngapore and may I know how long does it take to process and what documents are needed? Thank you.

Kitty, he can renew his passport at the embassy of PRC in Singapore. It may take 10 working days. The needed documents include his passport and its copy, the application form, 2 passport photos taken recently, and his residence permit in Singapore as well as other documents required by the consular officers.
