About:China Visa Application Requirements

S1 Visa extension

HI,

I am Kelvin from Ghana. My wife is coming in with an S1 type to shanghai and she would like to extend it at Pudong. 1. What are some of the documents I have to get ready ?
2. Would she have to go to the hospital for medicals ?
3. please kindly state everything she needs to go with.

1. Kelvin, those documents are needed including her passport, the application form, a passport-style photo, valid registration form of temporary residence, an invitation letter from you and copies of your passport and residence permit, and your marriage certificate. And then go to the exit and entry administration of the local PSB to apply for the extension.
2. The medical report may be needed for the extension.
