Hi, How can I get visa to Shenzhen & Hongkong visa? It's said single Lady 25y can't apply for it:(

Dear Mr/Mrs,
We going for sightseeing purpose and already purchased air ticket online, yet we just notice that unmarried lady with 25y can hardly get entry permit to Macau, Shenzhen, Hongkong, China. But since she applied and went to PRC once in past year with previous passport (previous passport expired & lost).
Does it have a way to search on system to verify that she went to PRC once in order to get entry permit again?
