Do I need a visa when I am on a cruise and stay for 8 hours in sanya I am from the netherlands

Louise, if the ship arrives from a country to Sanya and then leaves for a different country, it's possible you can use the 24-hour direct transit policy. Anyway, if you need the entry permit, it's possible to apply for the VOA.
