If so, you can use the Norwegian travel document to apply for a visa to PRC. If you go to PRC for tourism purpose, you can apply for a tourist L type by preparing those documents including your Norwegian travel document, the completed application form, a passport-style photo, round trip air tickets and hotel booking record as well as other relevant documents required by the consular officers. Afterwards, submit the application to the embassy of PRC to apply for it.
