About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

London - Shanghai - New Zealand

My Journey is London - Shanghai - New Zealand

Arrival in Shanghai is 13th November 11:10am departure is 19th 2:15pm
Checking "conditions of application" item number 4. it should not be a problem but don't want to risk it as I exceed the 144 hours free transit by 3 hours.

Would I have any issues or would I need to get a visa?
Thanks in advance.

John, it's fine. As the 144-hour free stay period counts from the mid night after your arrival, you won't exceed the 144-hour stay limit.
