By Shanghai Public Transportation Card at Pudong airport

Hi, I am arriving in Pu Dong airport on September 17. We are 17 persons, and I want to buy the Public Transportation Card for all of us. But where in the airport?

There are ticket outlets inside the maglev train station at Pudong airport.
