3 days trip to Beijing_EU citizen living in Nagoya

I am planning to visit Beijing for 3 days at the end of September. I am a EU country passport holder, living in Nagoya everyday. Do I need to go to the PRC Embassy in Tokyo to handle all papers, or I can do it in Nagoya?
