What time of year is best to travel?

What time of year is best to travel? I don't like the height of tourist seasons, and I prefer when the weather is a little bit cooler but the trees and flowers are still in bloom.

The best season to travel these cities is in spring and autumn when the weather is pleasant and sceneries are good. If you would like to visit in a cool season and see trees and flowers are still in bloom, you may consider to travel in March or April.
