About:Chinese Embassy in Poland

We have long stopover in China en route from Poland to Perth Australia.

My partner is Polish and our daughter is English and I am English, can we apply for family visa to leave airport, during stop over?

If your layover time in PRC is more than 6 days, you need to apply for a tourist L type in advance. Although you three travel together, I’m afraid you cannot apply for the family type.
