Can I buy Beijing Transportation Smart Card at Capital airport (T3)? At Airport Express counter?

What convenience stores sell the Card? Is there one closed to Zhonghai Real Estate Square or Taoranting Park area?

I am sorry that you cannot buy it at PEK, Airport Express counters, or convenience stores. You can buy it at any metro stations, Customer Service Centers, CITIC Banks, Agricultural Bank of China, etc.

Yes, you can buy it at Taoranting Metro Station. By the way, you need to pay CNY 20 as the deposit, and add some value to it. :)
