Is somebody speaking English at Lihao International Hotel at no.958, Shixin Road, Shanghai?

Phone: 86 2168969666. Is there any valid email address so I can contact the hotel?

Yes, the staff at the front desk can speak English. You can contact them by making telephone calls. I have no idea of their email address. Sorry for that!

I have called like 2 times and the third time they hung up on me and did not answer afterwards. Is there a different phone number for English?
