What's the best/cheaper way from Shanghai New Harbour Serviced Apt to Lihai International Hotel?

Do you refer to Lihao International Hotel? If yes, take metro line 2 to Lingkong Road Station, Exit 3.
Then transfer to bus no. Pudong 3 to Shixin Road. After arriving, walk south around 250 yards to find the destination.
