How to i get to Bu Ji station from Bao'an International airport?

Take metro line 11 from Airport Station to Qianhaiwan Station, and change to metro line 5 to Buji Station. The fare totals CNY 9, and the trip takes about 1.5 hours.

Would it be easier for me to transit at Bao'an Center station to Bu Ji? By the way, the station i should take from airport is Airport East or Hourui station?

It is easier for you to transit at Qianhaiwan Station. The station you should take from the airport is Airport Station of Metro Line 11, not Airport East or Hourui Station of Metro Line 1. By the way, the metro line 11 was put into use on June 28, 2016.
